We do accept returns. For buyers having an issue with a purchase because of a miscommunication or error on our part, the return will be at no cost to you.
If you are at fault but having an issue contact us, we are easy to work with. However in the event of return that the buyer purchased the wrong item or simply no longer wants the item; the buyer will not be refunded return shipping and may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please understand this at the time of purchase. Item must return in condition it was listed, shipping damages, or lost in shipping on a return is the buyer's responsibility only.
SHIPPING: We reserve the right to upgrade a standard shipping (UPS Ground) shipment to USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost to the buyer on listings with free shipping. For larger items using the standard shipping (UPS Ground) method we request all buyers use a physical address. If a physical address is not provided we reserve the right to cancel the transaction if the cost to upgrade you to USPS Priority exceeds the UPS ground cost.

FITMENT: We always try to list and label and describe every part properly, we always photograph the actual part listed in the auction. When we list a item such as A-Arm's LEFT IS LEFT IF YOUR SITTING ON THE ATV Please view the photo's and be sure it's the correct item (such as a left hand or right hand a arm) and condition, we receive a lot of parts already removed and occasionally a mistake can occur when determining fitment, this can be avoided by the buyer viewing the photograph. If you're not sure ask us! Also listing titles/ headings may contain a variety of terms such as with Suzuki dirt bikes (rmz rm 250 250f) this doesn't necessarily mean it will fit an rm 250 and rmz 250f. PARTS: Parts are used; therefore there is absolutely no warranty and sold as-is. Parts are always shipped in exact condition as photographed. After the photograph is taken they are boxed in the box you will receive the item in. We do accept returns, in the event of an issue contact us and we will make the situation right we value our customers and want everyone we do business with to be happy repeat customers. Understand we do not clean, or recondition parts, measure tolerances etc., they are disassembled and sold in condition photographed and stated in the description. Please be sure you understand what you're buying before the purchase is made for example, if purchasing a brand new bearing carrier and it is photographed without bearings do not expect to return the item on the grounds "item not as described" with the reasoning you expected it to have bearings, this is unacceptable. Keep in mind we do not disassemble items to check for ease of hardware removal on components such as bleeders on brake calipers, these items have not been checked beyond a light visual inspection and tested for function on the unit prior to tear down, in those situations any damage due to stuck hardware is solely the buyer's responsibility as we cannot attest to anything beyond what you can see in a photograph. When in doubt simply ask us a question, you will generally receive an answer same day during business hours. (12-6pm eastern standard time every day, closed Sun.)

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Product that has been installed, used (on used product any alteration to condition after it leaves our facility) or altered in anyway.
We also do not accept products back that now contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Parts with obvious signs of use or alteration.
- New Product that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
