The HJC RPHA 60 Arbre helmet combines innovative design with high-performance materials to deliver superior protection and comfort for motorcycle riders. Crafted with Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.™) technology, this helmet features a high-strength composite infused with epoxy resin and fiber tissue, which enhances impact resistance while maintaining low weight. This advanced construction ensures durability and uniform stability, making it suitable for high-speed riding and demanding conditions. The helmet's aerodynamic shell reduces air resistance, providing stability at high speeds and improving overall handling. Wind tunnel testing using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) confirms the helmet's ability to minimize drag and optimize airflow, which is essential for rider comfort during extended rides.

Equipped with a versatile Peak visor that can be attached and removed without tools, the HJC RPHA 60 offers customizable protection and style. The dark smoke sun shield provides additional sun glare reduction, enhancing visibility and safety. The Pinlock® HJ-47 visor, included with the helmet, offers 99% UV protection and features an anti-scratch coating to maintain clear vision. The Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS) delivers full front-to-back airflow through three intake vents and four exhaust outlets, effectively flushing heat and humidity away from the rider’s head. The helmet’s multi-step sun shield can be swiftly activated via a bottom-positioned operation system, allowing quick adjustments to changing light conditions.

The interior of the HJC RPHA 60 is designed for comfort and hygiene. The RPHA Premium Fit interior utilizes advanced anti-bacterial fabrics that wick moisture and dry quickly, keeping the rider comfortable during long rides. The 3D contour cheek pads are interchangeable across all sizes and feature reflective materials for increased safety. Both crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, allowing for easy maintenance. The helmet is secured with a Double-D ring locking system, ensuring a reliable fit. Additional included accessories are a chin curtain and breath deflector, both installed to enhance ride comfort and reduce noise and airflow disturbances. The helmet is also compatible with HJC’s SMART Bluetooth systems (models 11B, 21B, and 50B), sold separately, enabling seamless communication and multimedia integration for modern riders.
